If you refer to the large muscles above the back of the thighs, get yourself a serious sports/deep tissue bodyworker.

If you want focus on the space between the two large muscles, yet not venture too deep into your… tissue, that should be easy to find. Clarify to the provider whether you’re after muscle treatment or hole massage, and with some luck you might get both in one provider!
