His RM profile now has a notice that  says his profile is waiting for administrator approval. I don’t recall it saying that before. 

Possible fake? Could RM be reviewing it due to complaints?

I do not know the actual reason.  However, it might be related to a couple of the photos he includes in his ad. 

One photo appears on numerous foreign sex sights, including female sites.  Here is one of the photos in his ad and a link to numerous sites where the same photo is displayed:

Here is an additional link that shows how popular one of his photos is.  Again, maybe legit but maybe not.

On a good note, the one review he has was written by a rentmen client who has been with rentmen for four years.  

So, why rentmen tags the ad like it does remains a mystery.

RobertXXX’s disappeared after a couple days with the “waiting for administrator approval” notice. He had to be a fake.
