Reactions in PM's

The ability to leave reactions in pm's has changed a couple times for some reason between being able to and not. Currently you can't. Don't know if it's a setting but I like the ability to. Just so at least in case I don't want to give a reply message I like to leave a reaction so the sender knows I read it. I know you can see at the top of your pm if they read it too but again I just like the feature.

It was something I manually added, but with the latest version of IPB...  there are conditions in which it triggers errors.  As I don't have time to work on that problem for now and so as not to break PMs for a bunch of people...  I disabled it until I have time to go back and figure out what is going on.
