I was told by an escort one time that he posted a higher incall rate because he wanted to encourage his clients to chose the outcall option. Outcalls were more convenient for him because of roommates but he didn’t wanna lose business all together

I don't know whether his photos are retouched, but if you compare his looks in scenes from several years ago to more recent stuff you'll see that he's changed a lot.  He has a lot of tattoos now.  I know some like that look, but for me the extensiveness of his tattoos seriously diminished his attractiveness.
