Banned from Rentmasseur

Has anybody been banned from rent-massure as a massage therapist? I don't know why this happened but everything was going normal with my account just one day I checked my phone and I wasn't logged in like usual I tried to log back in and it said that my undelete request is being reviewed and later I logged in and checked again and it said my undelivered request was denied.

I'm not a provider, but unless you received an email from them that they banned you I wouldn't assume that's what's going on.  I recently was automatically logged out of their site and was unable to log back in.  Turns out their website simply stopped working with Firefox for a few days.  It worked fine with Chrome during that time.  Have you tried accessing your account with a different device and/or browser?
