Major red flag...He will not communicate via RM chat. He has an auto-reply telling you to call his cell. Since RM verifies that you chatted and set up a session before they will post your review, this is a way for him to avoid bad reviews. With no chat history, you can’t leave a review, and this definitely raises some red flags for me.
