Does anyone have experience with this guy in Philly? I've gotten really into tall guys and don't come across many his height...

I've tried several times to contact him via text. I've gotten a reply twice but he stops responding immediately after. Anyone know what his deal is? He has 4 5-star reviews, so must have followed through at least a few times... unless they're fake reviews.
