apologies for answering very old questions. i just love the escort world. plenty of opportunities to meet some cool and sexy people. 

I'm not an escort, so i guess this is just second-hand info. Escorting is a business - so like in all other businesses they would want regulars. And escorts are human. They might value having regular faces to see - it builds a sense of familiarity and connection.  Every escort is different though, but then most escorts whether cis, trans, straight, gay, etc. say they like regulars for these reasons. I doubt they're all lying, but even if they were the reasons are sound enough.
