Live on Long Island. Do I need to head into the City to hire?

The last time I can remember crying about something connected to LA was when Delmonico’s Seafood Grille on Pico closed....it had been among my favorites for the city.....

 

When I first started going to Delmonico's I would ask them for non-clarified butter, which I couldn't find anywhere else, and they would bring it.

 

Then one day, I asked for it. The waiter brought back clarified butter. Now, I knew he didn't know what I was talking about. Nobody else seemed to either. I was never able to get it there again, and soon after it closed. Sad. Great place.
