Great song and outstanding performance! Sounded familiar... Then, I remember the artist: Leonard Cohen...

MrMattBig
I was only a young lad when I was first experiencing the feeling of being in love (unrequited love at the time). Reminded me of high school antics where a girl in my class would goof around trying to hit that high note. This song in hign school a few of us joined in singing for a prom-posal within our group. Thanks for reminding me of a moment that made me chuckle today + easygoingpal
Rod Hagen
Great song and outstanding performance! Sounded familiar... Then, I remember the artist: Leonard Cohen... Yes. Normally I'm very hesitant to embrace another performer reimagining an artist's work. But where Leonard Cohen is concerned, as wonderful as his voice and presence was (saw him live multiple times), his music seems to be made to reinterpret. + easygoingpal
music will pull you through it. It's an avalanche of behaviors from the human race... There's no escaping it. The moment you come in contact with another human being, you can get love or hate or both in return (there's a thin line). Makes me mindful of who and what we are... ?? Rod Hagen
It got "overplayed", so people love to make fun of it. Doesn't make it any less soul-stirring. + easygoingpal
Rod Hagen
The first time I heard this, I cried. I never cry. I know that my Mom will pass some day, I know it. But I just can't imagine it. I don't know if song made that reality easier or harder. But I'm grateful for it. + easygoingpal
