This guy is nuts, totally paranoid about "time wasters." You call him like he requests and if you ask for any information you're a time waster and he cuts off communication.

 

Sounds like another ‘provider’ I asked to FaceTime briefly to confirm identity who called me a time waster and immediately cut me off. I learned unsurprisingly that he was not the guy in the pics.

 

Always a red flag when they get cagey and defensive at the onset.
