I didn't really get that far. My experience was when setting an appointment a few days in advance with exact date and time his reply was only something along the lines of "yes, that should work for me". I couldn't get anything more definite out of him.

 

So to be clear, with Hogan you suggested a meet and it was never agreed to? With all of the back and forth posting, it could be misread as you saying you had a confirmed date/time and that he bailed without (adequate) notice.
