Bearing in mind that you said "therapeutic" - i would still recommend Mark in North Hollywood (takes all of a few minutes longer to get to him than sometimes to those in LA/WeHo/Hollywood because you can take a fwy instead of surface streets).

 

He has definite, clearly erotic elements if you want but his overall therapeutic skills are top notch and I have not found anyone better.
