The link that Jojo posted two is a different Chance. That Chance is now in Philadelphia (must have been a job transfer; I tried to book him once and he was out of town for business, so massage was a side gig for him). Don't know anything about the "Chance" that you asked about.

pass on Chance, you can do better. He is nice looking and friendly. Didn't have an apartment, met at a cheap motel. He looks good and friendly. Too me everything was in storage and going to open a real upscale place for men. Immediately wanted to up sale me and said this time would be a short session and more exotic and a real massage. Only lasted about 30 min. He has cut his rates.
