I’ve seen these ads on previous trips to DC but thanks to Masseurfinder’s new use of numbers instead of names () I cant seem to find reviews of either:

V (Rostand) is/was the partner of Terence of Mustard Seed (https://www.mustardseedmassage.com/therapists). However, he is no longer listed as a therapist so I don't know if he still works there. I had an outcall with Rostand about a month ago. Great massage. I would repeat. PM for details.
